We had 3 aims for our new site when embarking on this project a few months ago: our new website would be user specific, loads smarter® and showcase our unique products effectively. This translated into a challenging project for our web building partners and in house client support team. Many bespoke items, special prices, 3000 product lines and thousands of customers. It was clear we needed a smarter site to showcase our range of innovative products. Our online portal – ordersmart – is a bespoke built and designed online portal to give our clients control over their account, including site by site ordering, budget control, user permissions and access to special prices. We will be continually updating the functionality with lots more to come.
